Are my files secure when sent to Ziggzagg?
Your online uploaded files are safely guarded in a secured cloud environment. Your files remain your property. Files received via email are kept on a secure server. In case of specific projects, mutual NDA’s can be signed.To what countries do you ship?
We ship orders worldwide. (Delivery times depend on the distance)How soon can my parts be delivered?
We offer two delivery times: Next Day delivery and 5-workday delivery. (Next day delivery: for customer within 300km of Ziggzagg Belgium)Do you have any ISO standards?
All parts (prototype and volume production) are produced under the ISO9001 standard. For Medical production we can utilize our ISO13485 standard procedures.This depends on the project and the needs of the customer. Start by generating an account via order.ziggzagg.be. Once verififed, you are able to upload 3D-files to see prices and place an order.What is the biggest size I can print at Ziggzagg?
For Polymers we have below maximum bounding boxes:- HP MJF: 380 x 380 x 284 mm

Where does Ziggzagg produce my parts?
All parts are produced in-house in our Headquarters in Belgium. This way we ensure that customer IP stays within the company.Who is Ziggzagg?
A company with Industry Experts, solution providers and trained production staff. Ziggzagg has one of the largest 3D-printing machine parks in Europe when it comes to HP MJF technology. Ziggzagg is also part of the HP Digital Manufacturing Network, as one of the founding members.What manufacturing technologies do you offer?
We offer both Polymer and Metal additive manufacturing technologies. In Polymers we have HP MultiJet Fusion (MJF) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technologies. For Metals we have the Cold Metal Fusion technology.
