Our prototype development goes beyond initial model creation. When your design is ready, we provide seamless transition from prototype to full-scale production. Serial Production

  • Are my files secure when sent to Ziggzagg?

    Your online uploaded files are safely guarded in a secured cloud environment. Your files remain your property. Files received via email are kept on a secure server. In case of specific projects, mutual NDA’s can be signed.

  • To what countries do you ship?

    We ship orders worldwide. (Delivery times depend on the distance)

  • How soon can my parts be delivered?

    We offer two delivery times: Next Day delivery and 5-workday delivery. (Next day delivery: for customer within 300km of Ziggzagg Belgium)

  • Do you have any ISO standards?

    All parts (prototype and volume production) are produced under the ISO9001 standard. For Medical production we can utilize our ISO13485 standard procedures.This depends on the project and the needs of the customer. To request our official certificates, get in touch via the contact form.

  • How do I order parts?

    Start by generating an account via order.ziggzagg.be. Once verififed, you are able to upload 3D-files to see prices and place an order.

  • What is the biggest size I can print at Ziggzagg?

    For Polymers we have below maximum bounding boxes:
    • HP MJF: 380 x 380 x 284 mm
    • SLS: 230 x 230 x 250 mm
    For Metals the bounding box is 230 x 230 x 250 mmBigger dimensions are possible if we cut up the bigger model into smaller bits and glue them together. For these type of request, please get in touch with our experts.

  • What manufacturing technologies do you offer?

    We offer both Polymer and Metal additive manufacturing technologies. In Polymers we have HP MultiJet Fusion (MJF) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) technologies. For Metals we have the Cold Metal Fusion technology.

  • What materials and finishes do you offer?

    In Polymers we offer:
    • Polyamide 12 (PA12)
    • Bio-based Polyamide 11 (PA11)
    • Polyamide 12 Glass Filled (PA12GB)
    • BASF TPU
    For Polymers we have below finishes:
    • Black Dye
    • Vapor smoothing
    • Spraypaint (any RAL color of choice)
    In Metals we offer:
    • Titanium (Ti64)
    • Stainless Steel (17-4PH)
    All these materials and finishes can be selected in our Online upload tool.

  • Where does Ziggzagg produce my parts?

    All parts are produced in-house in our Headquarters in Belgium. This way we ensure that customer IP stays within the company.
